This past weekend was so much fun, as we celebrated Angela and Patrick's baby boy due in May down in San Diego. It was such a treat to have them both out from South Carolina!! It was also very special to have them meet Gianna for the first time. Also, while we were down there, Mom and I had to take a trip down "memory lane" and go visit the old Valley Drive house. It looked a bit different, the trees are all so grown up now and the courtyard had some flashy yellow paint on the walls!! interesting!! Then in the evening we went out to dinner with the Mathews(Ange's folks) and enjoyed Jam Rock 101, a Jamaican restaurant that Drew(Ange's bro) works at, it was really good food!! Then on Sunday we had her shower, which was a lovely event hosted by Janet Polder at her home. Parker Andrew received so many nice things, and we loved visiting with old friends. Pommy, myself and G then headed back to Nipomo that evening, it was a quick trip!! Gianna and I then returned home on Monday to break up the drive. She did great, she is a good little traveler and she and I survived our first 5 hour car ride just the two of us!! :) The whole time I was wishing she could sit in the front seat, she seemed so far away back there!!
