First night away.....

We had our first overnight without the baby this past Saturday while we attended the wedding of Courtney and Matt in Fresno. Courtney is Camy's sister and we have become close to her and Matt over the years at many family events and holiday gatherings!! We were anxious about our first night away, but it was easier than we thought. We left Gianna with my parents in Nipomo and then headed to Fresno Saturday morning returning Sunday. She did great without us, slept well through the night and was a pleasure for my parents. We now know that we can do it and she will survive without us (we knew she would!!) We had a great time at the wedding, drank my first cocktail(its only been wine for the past few months), and experienced my first evening of pumping and dumping!! Pumping is a great cure for a hangover, it sobers you up in an instant!! :) We thank Matt and Courtney for including us in their special day and being our cause to experience our first night away!! It was a beautiful wedding!! Congrats!!
