The Bordessa Family: Easter with Pommy and Papa...

We had a great Easter last week with Pommy and Papa!! Gianna was really into Easter this year and loved all her special treats especially "little bunnies", Gianna's word for Jelly Beans. Where does she come up with this stuff!? Funny girl! We we arrived on Friday and stopped in SLO first for shopping and lunch at Firestone's and then headed to Nipomo for our stay with the parents. On Saturday we all headed to Pismo Beach for an Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival, which was so fun! Gianna was able to meet the Easter Bunny and partake in an egg hunt designed for her age group (3 and under) which was super cute. She wasn't sure at first but then she found out that inside the eggs were prizes, and then she was all for it! The weather was really nice too, the sun came out and we were able to enjoy a warm day by the water. After the Easter festivities, we headed to Spyglass for lunch and then headed back to Nipomo to visit her great-grandparents who were all so excited to see her. We feel so lucky to have all 3 in Nipomo now, Gianna can visit with them more often which is very special. On Sunday we started the morning with an egg hunt indoors for Gianna, which she found very exciting. Then we enjoyed a brunch and soon after that we were back on the road headed North. It was a quick trip but packed full of fun and great memories with family! Thank you Pommy and Papa for making this Easter very special for us all, we love you!!
